Lisa then went above and beyond in preparing my house for my arrival. I relocated from California and did not move in until two months post closing. Knowing that I was not here, Lisa would stop by and check on the house and yard, making sure that the property was maintained. Just after close, Lisa met with a locksmith on my behalf and prior to my arrival she met with the cable man so that I would have internet before arriving. That is extremely caring, considerate, and going beyond her duties and expected responsibilities.
